Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeline

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Locations (India-wide): 4–7 business days

• Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹399.

• Standard shipping fee of ₹70 for orders below the free shipping threshold.

• Cash on Delivery (COD), if applicable, may have an additional service fee.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your package in real time.

Packaging & Freshness

• All ladoos are packed in airtight, food-safe zip lock packaging to preserve freshness during transit.

• We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delays & Responsibility

• While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to courier partners, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control are not covered under our responsibility.
