At Prakriti Bites, we take pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted ladoos made with the finest natural ingredients. Since our products are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of taste, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience. If your order arrives in a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect condition, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:

Item was received in damaged packaging.

Product was delivered in spoiled or compromised condition.

How to Claim:

Please contact us at help@prakritibites.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order number and clear photos of the product/packaging issue.

Once reviewed, we will process a refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions:

Opened, consumed, or partially used products cannot be refunded or returned.

Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for claims.
